Returns and Refunds Policy for Voltic Designs:

1. General Information: 1.1 At Voltic Designs, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item or request a refund. 1.2 This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through the Voltic Designs website.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds: 2.1 To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met: a) The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged. b) The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order. c) For defective or damaged items, photographic evidence may be required. d) The item wasn't delivered by the 30 day mark after dispatch. 

3. Return Process: We will only ever ask for the item(s) to be returned if our supplier (POPCustoms) has requested. We will NOT ask you to return the item to China, only to our HQ/PO Box. We will cover the shipping back to our supplier. 

4. Return Shipping: 4.1 Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. 4.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe and efficient delivery. 4.3 Refunds for shipping costs will only be issued for defective or incorrect items.

5. Refunds: 5.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. 5.2 If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. 5.3 Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items: 6.1 The following items are non-refundable: a) Personalized or customized items unless they are defective or damaged. b) Items returned after the 14-day return period has expired. c) Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in section 2.

7. Exchanges: 7.1 We currently do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. 7.2 If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as described in section 3 and place a new order for the desired item separately.

8. Damaged or Defective Items: 8.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately, providing photographic evidence where possible. 8.2 We will arrange a return or replacement, depending on your preference and item availability.

9. Late or Missing Refunds: 9.1 If you have not received your refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account first. 9.2 If the refund is not reflected in your account, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

10. Acceptance of Policy: 10.1 By making a purchase on the Voltic Designs website, you acknowledge and agree to this Returns and Refunds Policy.
